Check for proper fuel pressure. The fuel pump or related part may be in need of repair or replacement. You can try spraying a small amount of starting fluid into the intake to see if it runs briefly. If so it is not getting fuel or injector pulse.

I have that same issue with my 99" suburban although we tried putting the fuel and it still didn't start up ...I wanted to see if you got your truck running and what did it end up being ..Before I end up sending it to a mechanic and spending a whole lot of $$ ..???
