Need to know if there is fuel pressure, and it there is spark to the spark plugs. If it don't turn over, then there is the battery, alternator to insure is working, and have the starter checked.

that's a pretty minimalist question you got there- let's start by rephrasing it: "My car DOESN'T start" then go on to explain some of the symptoms- here's a guess: maybe your car doesn't start because you are too lazy to do any maintenance-
