First you have to get it to turn over with the starter. A test light will be handy. Start at the small wire that connects to the starter solenoid, checking to see if there is power when someone is turning the key to the start position. There should be power when the key is turned to start. If this is a manual trany, check the Clutch Starter Safety Switch, that there is power to and going out from it. Otherwise reset the security system. That I do not know much about.
