I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we're  
putting a 4 inch lift kit on, would a 20 inch rim 10
inch wide fit under it?

if yours lifting it, you shoud be able to put anything on it so long as it doesn't rub on your wheel well

Depending on the lift kit. A 20x10 wheel with a 32 inch tire should work. 34's or 36's might rub when you turn all the way to lock.
