i do about 2050rpm in a 3.0L Vulcan wagon with 180k

Yeah, the first answer of 2900 I would say is incorrect. My car runs in conjunction with the replies of the others here... around 2100 rpm.

2100. If you have a Flex Fuel vulcan it might be a little different. If your transmission was replaced with a unit from a Windstar you may see higher RPM's.
