HAVE A HID LAMP NOT WORKING, REPLACED LAMP (EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE) BUT DIDNT FIX.  WHAT IS THE COMPUTER LOOKING BOX ON THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY THAT CONNECTS TO IT?

Thats the light ballast. If you thought the lamos were expensive..
