Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have a chrysler 300M that just outta the blue one day there was like a surge
in my car at a stoplight that blew out my air conditioning in my car.  I found a
blown 30A fuse under the hood that goes to my fans that work with my
airconditioning.. there seems to be a short somewhere from the dual fans to
the powertrain control module or even to the fuse box inside my car. I
thought at first that I could bypass with another wire with an inline fuse and a
better ground wire but it still blows that 30A fuse under the hood making my
airconditioner blow hot air. what do i do?
