when ( car with key) signal appear can not start. it takes time to disapper some time it
takess 2 to 3 hours. i been to vw garage they discover there is a damage where you insert
key.  they replace it and  the problem is again same . what is the best solution?

sounds like an security issue try disconnecting the battery for 15 - 30 minutes. this will reboot the entire cars electronic systems. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE THE STEREOS security code. Sorry for the caps just wanted to make sure you caught that before doing this. once the car has rebooted this should have fixed the issue if not try checking the air flow temperature sensor it may be dirty.
