DOES THE RADIO AND CAR LIGHTER AREA USE THE SAME FUSE. IF SO WHICH ONE IS IT?

Not sure if they use the same fuses, but they would be located in the fuse panel beneath the dash to the lower left.

Yes they use the same fues it is the interior/room fuse located in the fuse pannel below the drivers steering wheel
