I have a 2002 Buick park Avenue. The driver's side door will not open. When I unlock with the keypad it sounds like it is unlocking or locking but when I try it with the key it does not do anything.

You may have to remove the door panel and release it by hand,it is a tuff job to do because the door is shut,but it can be done.
