Truck wont start

Truck wont start. New battery and starter solenoid.
The lights come on but they are really dimmed.
When i turn the key it doesnt click or nothing.

1987 ford f250 with the 351 windsor, no spark, I've tried the coil and the box mounted on the fender. when I put a spark indicator light on a spark plug I get nothing, when I put the light on the coil wire, it flashs a light at the end of the start cycle or when I let the key stop turning the starter.
