Mazda tribute 3ltr v6. It sometimes judders when going into overdrive. It's been suggested that the overdrive band or the torque convertor is on the way out. Can you replace them or,would it be a new gearbox? Drives really good when its in gear and it only does the judder sometimes.

Follow up to Mazda 2001 tribute rpms question. I omitted that this happens when the iac is plugged in(new part). When unplugged the rpms run around 500-700 rpms. Any suggestions? Help is appreciated. 2 Answers
