I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute,with 150000 miles on it , the issues started when it is very cold,turn on defrose wipe running, then came cruise control and left signal.Now head light and drive's window is not rolling down. What would be a problem ?

it sounds like a ground wire somewhere. this is a tough one to trace. in cold weather or severe changes in weather wires can expand and contract as well as moisture can wic into wiring and rust out the connection. unfortunately you will need to do allot of probing with a voltmeter. make sure all of the snap together wiring is tight and not corroded.then double check all wiring harness grounds etc. you will need to find a wiring diagram.
