Question type: Maintenance & Repair

why a vortec 4.3 would only push 10 psi at fuel
rail?  Jimmy Starts runs for three seconds then
stalls, it holds at ten psi for hours so could this
maybe mean fuel pressure regulator since injector
would be stuck open and flood cylinder)  ???
