Buying a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire showing a wrench code of 162. Any idea of
what that means?

Check your manual. A single wrench with a clock indicates that Schedule A maintenance is due in X Days (162 shown). Double wrench means schedule B. The clock means days, no clock means weeks.
