I think the best option for you is to check with another mechanic who specializes in older Mercedes-Benz SLK or at least the 3.2 engine in particular. Reason: I needed the front steering stabilizer for my 05 X-fire roadster. the dealer wanted $300 plus for the part and another $250 to install it. I found the same part on eBay for $28.00, made by Mercedes, I went to my Buddy's shop and we installed in in 10 minutes. Dealers are in the business of making money. If you have it, they will take it.

I believe the codes are P0138 -Dealership game me that for 4 Oxygen Sensors, it would be $642.22 per sensor (part) and total labor $415.45

Try RockAuto.com (yeah, there ads are annoying) at $45.79 Each (or $470.79 each for genuine MOPAR label). https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chrysler,2005,crossfire,3.2l+v6,1430635,exhaust+&+emission,oxygen+(o2)+sensor,5132
