Glass has become detached from the top, at the top.  Glass is secure at the
bottom.  Top is in great condition  Is there a way to restick the top of the
glass?

Window weld, you can get it pretty much any part store. Special adhesive designed for windows. Don't hit any bumps! Good luck

also, on a side note when you do be extremely careful prying up to lay down the new bead of glue, you can shatter windows fairly easy
