The car was my first sedan. It was comfy, quiet, felt luxurious. Very dependable. I felt I could jump in it at anytime and cross the country without any trouble. It was great on gas, and easy to repair too, not that it needed any repair! I changed my first ever timing belt in only 3 hours, with no prior experience!May 07, 2015

Best rated family sedan for many years for several good reasons. Very reliable, easy to maintain and has very good fuel economy. Perfect for a family looking for a comfortable, reliable and safe car. The Camry is one of the best sedans for the money, hands down.Feb 21, 2015

Wonderful first car, lasted me all the way till the end, power steering was the biggest issue, but even that was a pretty quick fix, was built to last, wonderful gas mileage, great for a first car, or commuting person. Sep 21, 2014

Overall I like this car. The previous owner did not know anything about preventative maintenance and so I have a little bit of work to do in restoring it. Great commuter/family car. I would recommend to anyone; my family or friends.Sep 19, 2013

The quality of this car precedes it. I has lasted much longer than I expected and served as transportation for my Father-in-Law and my self. With care it should last for another 10 - 15 years. It is hard to find a more reliable lasting car.Jun 30, 2013

This is the prototypical Camry. Will last forever, but doesn't have any bells or shiny whistles and is definitely nothing too exciting to look at. That said I wouldn't trade this car for the world. It has gotten us through so much with it's dependability. You can always trust a Camry. Feb 14, 2013

V6 Manual that is extremely fun to drive.
Has most of the options, a kick-butt sound system, and a sunroof.
Very quick off the go.
You can't beat the price and the mpg.
This car rocks, i reccomend it to any manual lovers.Nov 14, 2011

It's a Toyota, so you can't go wrong. It doesn't die. I've mistreated it for a while, and it's forgiven me so far. Electric windows, mirrors, and seats, sensors in the door locks, air conditioning, and a very good original sound system.Feb 01, 2011

Great little car for commuting. Good on gas
but wasn't entirely a gutless wonder for it. Deceivingly spacious interior and an enormous
trunk. Some part seemed cheaply made (plastic
doorhandles, center console, etc.) Otherwise
the car is very well made and fun to drive and
can actually seat 5 comfortably!Jan 24, 2011

Car is made to be driven every day for years on end, performance is solid, breaks are great and handles like any 4 door family sedan should. This is not a fun but smart car to drive. This is one of the most dependable cars made, guaranteed to last well over 200,000 miles. now cheap to buy and easy to find still over 30 miles to the gallon highway around 23 miles city. I have driven one van, 3 sedans, and one 2-door car. The Toyota hands down is the better car of the bunch. My 1994 XLE V6 has every single thing anyone could possilbly want in a car.

My only complaint is the seats are not very good. But, it's a 17 year old car for cry'in out loud. Oh and the fuel economy sucks. But, in 1993 nobody cared about getting good fuel economy.Jul 27, 2010

I really love this car. My '95 has 247,000 km now and is totally reliable, and is a pleasure to drive. Holds the road so well, especially on corners. I have only had minor repairs and they are infrequent. With the 4 cyl. engine I get 35m/gal. or 8.4Km/100km. Lots of power too. I even tow a large utility trailer with it.
This car is so good, I find it hard to justify getting rid of it to purchase something new!Apr 22, 2010

My dad bought it brand new in 1995. It was passed down to my mom. Finally, it was passed down to me. The car is full of rich family memories and good times. It is and forever will be my first car. I LOVE it.Jan 28, 2010

This was my first car, and that will always have a spot in my heart for it.
Build Quality:
The front struts gave out, the gas latch didnt work, the trunk needs to be manually opened, the battery got disconnected a lot, it once started leaking break fluid, if you fill it up past 3/4 of a tank it starts to leak, and the muffler is giving out. Its still my favorite car to drive. I got a new car, and left it outside for most the winter. When i tried to turn it on in the summer, it started right up. No sputtering or complaining, roaring like a lion. At over 250k miles, and still going strong, i know ill be enjoying this car for a long time.
Performance:
It handles amazingly, with no power steering or brakes I could really have complete control over it. Winter was no problem, as the control it had in slush was increadable. It had amazing pickup for a middle class car.
Apperance:
It was comfortable for me, being 6'3'', and had great feel to it. After driving a Ford F150, Saturn Vue, and a Buick Regal, I still prefer this car. I had cloth interior, which was comfortable in any weather, unlike leather. The outside looked pretty bad, due to 15 years of scratches and dings, but the general body of the car wasnt too bad. Its no fararri, but its not unsightly.
Cost of Ownership:
I bought it for 500$, and i feel like ive gotten my money's worth. Where other cars have failed me, this car has never left me stranded. It gets good milage, though i never tracked it. Nothing unusual about the maintenance.
Fun Factor:
Oh yes, i love driving it. Its small and meneuver in traffic. It has amazing pickup, and can get to high speed very quickly. It was so much fun to drive. Oct 30, 2008

this is a 1993 camry XLE V6. it is the top of the line camry made in 93. most camrys came with 4 cylinders but this one has the 3.0 V6 , the same motor thats in the Lexus. with the camrys there are three trim packages,, they are CE,LE,and XLE. CE is the base model, LE is limited edition, and XLE is Xtra limited Edition. The 3.0 in this car is very power also the car has a button next to the shift lever that you can press for extra power. the interior is very luxurious, this model comes with wood grain accents on the dash, leather seats, power seats and windows, and also has a CD player and an air conditioner. this vehicle also has a very good ride quality. and the 15 inch alloy wheels excintuate the cars best qualities. I think that this car is still a good car to own today. It is a reliable car, and is also
pretty safe. This car does not have ABS so the brakes are not fantastic but are still
ok. The body of the car does get dented easily. Also since this car is old you can
find one for cheap. The gas mileage is good, it is not a gas guzzler and is very
reliable. This car as been in my family since 1995 and we have never had any major
issues with it at all!Apr 19, 2008

My little Camry was great. It was cheap, efficient, and reliable. Couldn't go wrong. Except that it had a pesky transmission problem that led to its' eventual downfall. Still, a great car.Mar 02, 2008

I bought this car it rear-ended another vehicle. The owner didn't want to pay to have it fixed so I bought it cheap. A few parts from the salvage yard and a new paint job made this car look like new. The car was loaded, it was fantastic inside and out. The interior was great quality, easy to clean and it still looked new on the day I sold it. The car had about 150K miles on it when I sold it and it would move. The engine had a lot of pep, it was great around town. It was a great cruiser also, it was heavier than the new cars are and it was longer, more weight made this car handle the road like a dream.
I sold the car because it was getting high mileage and I thought a new car would be better. I wish I had never sold it and just bought a new engine for it when that one crapped out. I loved this car, it was in great shape and drove better than my new one does.Dec 17, 2007

if your radio does not work, and the dome light does not work and the red doors lights dont come on, then check the dome light fuse under the hood near the battery, the radio will not work at all if the dome light fuse is blown or has been removed. the funny thing is of course the fuse is only marked dome .not dome/radio. of course there is also a radio fuse inside the cabin fuse box, behind the coin drawer, menokSep 30, 2006
