My Mercedes W203. Is the best car I have ever driven in. The seats are extremely comfortable and bring a lot of comfort. The car handles extremely well and is nice and heavy, providing a smooth ride.
The traction control is so good I’ve only slipped a couple of times. And I live in Wisconsin. This car can’t slip in rain. I think the weight of this car has a huge impact on its traction.
Car has a few cool features like a sun shade in the back and automatic head rests that pop down. I only got mine for about 5,800 with around 60k miles. All I had to to was order CV axils for $80 a piece and pay a mechanic $350 to put them in and boom you have a great reliable high quality Benz.Mar 07, 2024

Timeless design and very sporty looking. Handles very well and confidently. Good quality and good sound system even without the Harman/ Kardon option. Would definitely recommend a 2005-2007 C class. I have a 2007 c230 sport and I’ve loved it since I’ve bought it. Never has had any issues .Jul 19, 2022

I owned a C class 240 and I was very happy with it. I plan on purchasing another one. I had no problems at all, I kept up the maintenance. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.Jun 15, 2020

As the age of the car goes, the engine becomes more performing, fuel efficient and very reliant. Braking, handling and cornering is excellent. Feel very safe. despite being the RWD, this car is very stable and offer high standard traction in the snow. Less maintenance (Once in every 10000 miles). Once driven this series car, we will be addicted to this and will generate a dislike for all 4 cylinder engine cars. This car is so satisfactory that I am not able to find another replacement for this series car.Apr 29, 2015

Super eye-catching, quick spirited, fun to drive vehicle take loves the open road! Extremely powerful, yet very comfortable handling at all speeds. I would definitely recommend to purchase and ownership of the Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor at any level of driver.Jan 30, 2014

I love this car I feel safe it handles well the performance and acceleration is clearly there with good looks well worth the high end gas for what you get. I would buy another Mercedes-Benz again. Simply one of the BEST I've ever owned true built quality.Sep 07, 2013

Fit and finish of this car is remarkable, very well done. Driveline is capable and smooth. Not a lot of "extras" here, just a solid family commuter. Trouble free and reliable. Decent 24 MPG average from premium gas. Great value.Mar 29, 2013

I purchased this car after driving a Volvo s60, and a Saab 9-3. Both of those cars were excellentdrivers. The Mercedes however, is a step above in every way (except the Volvo seats). Brakes are excellent, acceleration is decent, handling is tight yet soft. This car is extremely solid and quiet. 5 stars for this car!Feb 17, 2013

I have driven this car from 35,000 to 85,000. It is still solid and runs strong. Accessories, knobs, buttons etc. still work great. This is such a good all-around performer. It's not blistering fast but has good power to weight. Last year my commute went from 10 miles to 25 miles each way and so getting 30 mpg highway has been great. I had a CLK55 and loved the horsepower. It would be nice to have that kind of power in this car but I would really miss the good mileage.
I always think about my next car but I have found that in nearly every case there would be some aspect of this little Mercedes that I would miss. I enjoy getting into it every day.Jun 22, 2012

Great car, I miss it so much now.
Then again, who didn't miss their first car?
Would recommend to many people!
A good Mercedes for a not so big price. Should be able to fit almost any budget looking for a nice car.Dec 21, 2011

This car is at home on the freeway, in the twisties, in traffic (nice light clutch and very difficult to stall) or for a long trip. The styling is good, the ergonomics are fantastic, the stereo is great, nice road feel, good brakes and a nice compliant ride. Peppy little car that is so easy to throw around. Rotates well! Not too soft, yet doesn't jar you. Some of the materials are still up to Mercedes quality. Paint is very good. Seats are good too. Headlights are a bit cloudy. Tires wear well. The only negatives are the broken sunroof and no dipstick to manually check oil levels.Dec 06, 2011

With 362 brake horse power my C55 can be scary fast! Taking the car onto
the track for a full weekend of driving proved to be easy, the brakes never
faded, the handling was great, predictable and confidence inspiring. Build
quality is way up there of course, a very solid well made car. The car is a
Q ship, does not scream attention, but those who know what AMG means,
it says volumes. Gas mileage is not great, about 17 mpg, but I did not buy
it for fuel economy! The extended warranty has been great to cover the
things that wear out and break, maintenance is no greater then any other
high end car. The Fun Factor is why I got the car, and on the road or track
the grins and smiles never fade or get old.Aug 11, 2011

I love this car as an every day driver. Looks good, drives very well. Its the perfect mixture of a good ride and handling. Acceleration is decent with the 6 speed manual trans. The automatics in this vehicle are pretty gutless. The interior is comfortable and stylish. The ride is very quiet and no rattles or noises to annoy me like most other cars. I get 30 plus miles per gallon. As with all German vehicles oil changes are scheduled every 13-20k but I still change mine every 5k. I bought the car brand new in 05 and it now has over 100k miles. I have never had any issues. Just normal maintenance.May 24, 2011

Performance - acceleration, braking, handling are all superb.
Build Quality - has it needed repairs? squeaks/rattles none so far. touch wood.
Appearance - both interior and exterior styling. It's a Merc. so yes, i think it's stylish. Cost of Ownership - Great kilometers per litre of petrol , maintenance ok so far.
Fun Factor - is this car fun to drive? I would not have bought it if it wasn't. She's a great car.

I absolutely love this car, the handling is fantastic, then again its Benz!!! The acceleration and braking are really good. The feeling you get when you accelerate is just fantastic, its not a ferrari or a lambo or a porsche, but its fantastic!!!
The interior is also good, comfortable feel. And not very hard to maintain either!
Its Major Fun to Drive!!!Apr 22, 2010

Manual transmission is very good for this car.
I like it a lot. Especially the gas millage is very good as well, I had a record at 35mpg for one time, and 34 mpg for couple times. Usually it will stay around 29 to 30 mpg.Jun 01, 2009

I recently bought this car after having seen it in the mall. It is the most aggressive looking Benz in their four door line up. The build quality is fantastic, and for the price you get luxuries you would only expect to find on cars twice as expensive! Performance is nice from a 268 horse power 3.5 liter v6 which allows the car to sprint from 0-60 miles per hour in a mere 6 seconds. The Harman-Kardon 8 speaker surround sound command center provides a wonderfully powerful sound and navigation system. The integrated bluetooth technology is also amazing.Jun 25, 2008

I picked up my 2007 (the review parameter allowed only 2006), C 350 Sports Sedan (U.S. Spec.) from the Stuttgart factory in November. As I pulled away from the factory and entered the Autobahn, I realized that I was driving my dream. Deep power and crisp handling kept me in the fast lane where one needs to generate at least 110+mph - the C 350 readily lead the pack easily cruising at 125mph. The 7 speed automatic was silky, shifting smoothly up and down the gear range. Comfortable sport seating and excellent vision in all directions enabled exceptional road condition management. Heavy rain as I approached my destination was easily managed by the rain sensing wiper system and tires that were sure-footed on all surfaces at speed. The 350 continues to deliver the performance, comfort and reliability that made it a clear choice over the Audi A4 and 3 Series BMW. Dec 30, 2006
