I really like this car. Has less horsepower than others but helps with gas mileage and my driving style. Was able to get all the groceries in backend without moving backseat. My first SUV so really like sitting up taller. Jan 07, 2025

The 2021 Jeep Cherokee is a versatile compact SUV that excels in off-road performance, particularly in the Trailhawk trim, thanks to its advanced 4x4 system and terrain management features.Oct 22, 2024

The vehicle is very capable on and off road. Plenty of power to get up to speed on the highway, pass someone, and 4500lb towing capacity. Also it is the only trailhawk in the lineup to have a true rear locker. Jul 29, 2024

My husband and I absolutely enjoy this new car of ours. This is the vehicle we want and need. The features are perfect and everything works great, though we had to replace the brakes, spark plugs , and a few other things. The vehicle is in excellent condition and still looks new. The interior is beautiful. It’s the best vehicle for all of the driving that we do. Jun 05, 2024

Breakdown after breakdown after breakdown! Since purchasing this vehicle brand new in 2017, it has been in the shop getting repaired more times than I can even remember. My personal vehicle has had almost everything you can possibly replace under warranty replaced and then some. Very small and cramped. Command start only works about half the time. Rough, loud ride, even on brand new pavement. This SUV is basically a glorified hatchback car but less comfortable. Mar 18, 2024

First Jeep purchase. I like the ride, handling and power of the V6. I had a Ford Escape so the 2015 Cherokee is a bit larger but very comfortable. Time will tell if any of this changes.Feb 29, 2024

I love this Jeep Cherokee! Drives great with the added piece of mind having 4whl drive. Pretty interior & not too much technology. Just the way it should be.Feb 13, 2024

It had all the bells and whistles but it was too small for myself. A Grand Cherokee fit much better Jan 26, 2024

I am.... impressed with the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Specifically, the non-elite version has less fluff and is less likely to need repair amongst the electronics (no panorama roof, no rear tailgate motor, no advanced controls such as advanced cruise control, no heated seats or heated steering wheel & no NAV - etc. It does what it is supposed to do. I am also averaging 28 mpg versus the listed 24 mpg. I also added Falken Wildpeak ATW/3 tires to it (which makes it a better off road vehicle) also. Im pleased as punch with this Cherokee. Its a shame that Stellantis (Chrysler/Jeeps parent company) did not support this line of vehicles for the past 2 years & shut down the Belvidere plant (20 miles away from me) last month. There is zero reason why Stellantis cannot make money on this line of vehicles.Mar 10, 2023

The only thing I dont like about the 2020 jeep Cherokee is the power. It lacks the take off power I prefer. But other than that its a beautiful vehicle rides smoothly and is comfortable.Jun 28, 2022

This is by far the best vehicle purchase that we have made. The value is phenomenal, you get so many bells and whistles for an excellent price! There are so many safety features, so many amenities and it rides so smoothly. I have never owned any Jeep product previously, and wonder why I havent until now. I will definitely recommend Jeep Cherokee to my friends.May 05, 2021

The version of Cherokee we purchased is.... perfect. It has a redesigned front end that is nicer than the previous version.
So, we got the stock FWD Latitude, but it came with the cold weather package. Traction Control, Remote start, heated front seats (despite it being cloth seats), heated steering wheel, and the 3.2 Pentastar V6 engine. We have not found another Cherokee for sale (that is configured like this).
So, we dont have to worry about the troublesome tiger-shark 2.4 engine issues.... the 9 speed is now sorted (compared to the 2014-2017), & we have not had one issue with the Cherokee. The V6 has some serous giddy-up. We have 32,000 miles on it now, & trouble free. And dare I say, the stock stereo is preferable to the higher end 8.4 screen as it comes with Android Auto built in. Pandora streaming with Waze or Google Maps perfectly works with the stock screen/system (fully integrated). Like I said, the PERFECT configuration. And we bought ours for $16,000 with only 20,000 miles (via the Chrysler Used Certified program) about 14 months after it was first sold to the original owner. Literally, almost half the price of a new one similarly configured (& with a better warranty).
Jeep (Chrysler) knocked this one out of the park.Apr 20, 2021

This car is almost as capable as my 07 Jeep Wrangler and much more comfortable and quiet. The cost to operate is much cheaper and easier to drive.
I like the standard SAT Rad and U connect is very easy to use. The Bluetooth was connected in about two minutes to my smart phone.
Full size spare tire with TH option the others have cheater spare I think. The black leather seats with red stitching looks rich and the interior has many soft appointments that are well done. Bravo Jeep.Feb 26, 2015

I finally decided on the Jeep Cherokee. I had looked at the Grand Cherokee, but there were recalls on the 2014's with no resolution, so I thought it best to stay away from the 2015's as well. I decided to drive the regular Cherokee V6 (Limited 4x4), it has all the room I need with no kids. I was very impressed with how solid it felt and "tight". I drove the Kia and Toyota equivalents, but they both seemed too "splashy" to me. I am very happy with my new Jeep. My Cherokee has the "stop/start" option which is very interesting and I am liking it. This technology has been in Europe for 30 years. The way it works is: once you have driven the car at lest a 1/4 mile or so, the stop/start will engage once you come to a complete stop with your foot on the brake. Once at a complete stop, the Jeep engine will turn off, the tach goes to 0. The radio/heat/air, etc will stay on. Once you begin to take your foot off the brake the engine starts immediately and off you go. The first week using it may seem odd, but it will save you gas. There is no hesitation at all. You can choose to turn off your "stop/start" with the push of a button if desired. The Jeep Cherokee also has nitrogen filled tires which gives a much smoother ride than regular air. If necessary, you can top-off or fill the tires with regular air. I am keeping the nitrogen for the better ride. I am still getting used to the back-up camera, which is a must have in any SUV/CUV.
This is my first 4x4 and look forward to using it in the snow and on the gravel roads in Boone and Blowing Rock of North Carolina.
