The 2022 Audi A4 Allroad is a sensible station wagon with up to 58.5 cubic feet of cargo space as well as a refined ride and an upscale cabin. The A4 Allroad also features a capable all-wheel-drive (AWD) system and the ability to get off the beaten path when needed.
Trims for the A4 Allroad are Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. Standard features on the Premium include 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, three-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, heated front seats, power-adjustable front seats, and ambient cabin lighting. The Premium also comes standard with an intuitive 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay. Shoppers can select a Convenience Package for this trim, which adds a hands-free power liftgate, remote keyless entry, driver’s seat memory settings, and more.
Moving up to the Premium Plus adds all the content from the Convenience Package, as well as adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree parking camera system, and a fully-digital instrument panel as part of the Audi Virtual Cockpit. The range-topping Prestige trim adds a head-up display, navigation, heated rear seats, and a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium sound system.
No matter which trim you select, the A4 Allroad comes equipped with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine as part of its mild-hybrid powertrain setup. The system makes a combined 261 horsepower, sent through a seven-speed automatic transmission to Audi’s Quattro AWD. The A4 Allroad comes standard with an adaptive suspension that allows it to tackle some light off-roading. Fuel economy for the 2022 Audi A4 Allroad is 24 mpg city, 30 mpg highway, and 26 mpg combined.
