I have less than 1400 miles on this car. I bought it new in 2014. I have never had the issue before.
It's a base model and has less than 100 miles. Their first offer by email was 19998. Do you think 17500 would be a realistic target price? What should I ask them to replace, tires, etc? I don't know anything about hybrid maintenance, so what should I be concerned about since it has been sitting for up to 2 years? I wasn't originally looking for a hybrid, but this seemed like it could end up being a really good deal.
