So my jeep is just running very bad. I have replaced the radiator, fan, water pump, plugs, wires, ignition coils, a/c compressor, thermostat. It drove good for a week and then all of a sudden my traction and service 4wd came on while idiling and when I put it in gear it shuts off then doesn't want to start back up right and when it does it just shuts off. Thinking of just replacing the pcm but any other ideas?
The sunroof on my daughter's 2012 Jeep Liberty would not close, so we took it to the local dealership to get it repaired and they said it would cost about $7,000 to repair ?!? So we took it to another Jeep dealership and they said that they could repair it for around $2,000, but the problem is that Jeep no longer makes the small plastic piece that broke. They did research and found that there are only 3 of these on the "after-market" and none of those dealers were willing to sell the part since it is no longer being manufactured. So I called Jeep and they said that there was just nothing they could do ?! Now we have to just trash a car that is only six years old because no one will make the small plastic part they need to fix it? This just seems crazy and I am not sure what to do next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
