Great little gas saver so who could complain, but I think it needs a 6th gear. Engine seems to whine above 50, I haven't gone over 70 but for gas savings I shouldn't any way.Jun 10, 2011

Performance very good, acceleration,there when you want it,braking very sharp,handling,goes where you want it to go,built, very solid,No repairs needed,No squeaks or rattles, appearance, looks very stylish in and out,Cost, very reasonable,Mileage very good,And it's fun to Drive. The only thing I don't like is the indicaters are on the right hand side of the steering column, that it apart from that it's great.Mar 31, 2011

How to change Spark Plugs on a 2011 Kia Rio
I recently replaced my ignition could while under warranty and then 4 months later had to replace again. Dealership said I need to replace plugs. I can't believe Kia would put cheap 30k mile plugs on a new car! So before I dump a fortune I wanna know how hard is it for someone who can barely fill fluids replace the plugs? Any YouTube or other vids would be helpful!

speedometer fluctuation
i have a kia rio 2011 while driving the speedometer fluctuates badly then dropping to 0km/h, powersteering comes so sensitive and sometimes during fluctuation the engine stalls,even diagnose with code U1112, P0501 and U0155 ive changed speed sensor and crankshaft position sensor but no luck can anyone advise

Key won't turn in ignition
All of a sudden, the key won't turn in the ignition. It goes in, and turns to the first click, where the radio and stuff can turn on. But it won't budge from there. I've tried all of the obvious solutions, and a bunch of other stuff. I messed with the steering wheel, jiggled/tapped the key, messed with the transmission, disconnected the battery, and on and on. I'm thinking I need to replace the part, but I'm not sure exactly which part, or what it's called. I don't want to buy or replace anything unnecessary, and I'm hoping to do the job myself.
