The honda CRV is a reliable SUV. I have had it for 4 years. I have changed so far my break pads, coolant, engine oil. I took it to the Honda dealer to service the transmission once because it reached 100,000 miles. Both airbags, the driver and the passenger were recalled and will be changed free of charge at any Honda dealer. A+++Mar 05, 2021

This is our third Honda CRV. We currently have a 1999 LX, a 2000 EX and now this 2011 EX. The experience driving all three is very similar. Seats always supportive yet comfortable. Great visibility. Our 2011 has sunroof and thats been ton of fun. Made it through the first couple of rainy days with no leaks and quite honestly I never expected any. Great little car. I loved everything about this car. The room, the looks, and most importantly, Honda is one of the most reliable cars. I owed one 3 years ago, put 275,000 miles on it, and it could go another 200k if I didnt have so many kids and outgrow it. The one I looked at, and am getting has a CD disc changer, which I prioritized over the navigation unit. I did not want an older model of this car because of the wheel on the back. I believe the car is a good family commuter and avg gas mpg is acceptable. It provides a comfortable ride and has so far been reliable. Honda dealership service is expensive and they always try to squeeze me for more money than I need to spend to keep the car running right and in warranty. Example: $70.00 dollars to change a cabin air filter: New Honda air filter on Ebay cost me $11.00 and to change it myself cost nothing and took 5min. topsJul 29, 2013

If you want Honda tried and true dependability, the roots of this vehicle lie in the Civic. You can drive it till the wheels fall off. At the same time, it is a big step up from the Civic in comfort and luxury and above all, roominess. If you need comfort and style combined with rugged dependability, this is the vehicle for you. Feels so good, especially with power seat, I don't want to get out of it. Especially good for folks who are tired of stooping to get in and out of a car. I bought this model because it did not hurt my hip the way that the smaller cars were beginning to. The passenger side and back of my car is covered in oil splatter? But no warning lights on
Hi, I have a 2011 Honda CRV -yesterday I drove about 30 highway miles and parked my car in the driveway -this morning I noticed several oil spots on the ground in front and behind the passenger side tires. Also, the entire passenger side and back are covered in oil splatters. It appears that there is oil all in the wheel-wells. Any thoughts on what is going on? There are no warning lights on -I drove the car for about 10 minutes and it rode fine.

How do I reset the radio code if the error code is: E
Battery was dead due to headlights left on all night. Tried to reset several times with good 5 digit # but currently the display shows: CODE ERROR E Time read out but time is wrong Do I disconnect/reconnect the battery and start over? How long disconnect. (One forum says this will bring back ERROR CODE 1. Is this necessary? Another says if I use ten incorrect error code entries radio will be toast.)
