How to open H2 tailgate that will not unlock???
I need to know the best way to access (open) the tailgate that is closed and will not unlock.... all other locks work so is not the fuse. Thanks Garrell Dombaugh garrell@cox.net

Enter the H2, Hummer's attempt to bring the rough and tumble beast to the suburban jungle. The 2007 Hummer H2 accomplishes this is outstanding form. First of all, Hummer kept this one simple. There's one engine, a 325hp, 6.0 liter V8. That one�s good enough, why offer more and confuse designers and consumers alike? The same goes for the transmission, which is a 4 speed automatic overdrive. Simple. Uniform. Typically I'd talk about gas mileage here, but if you're thinking about getting a Hummer, are you really worried? Hummer hasn't really advertised that information, anyway. While the power of the 2007 Hummer H2 is simple, the interior is a plethora of comforts and conveniences, designed to make sure the average consumer will like the massive SUV. Heated, leather, power seats come standard on the H2, as does air conditioning, separate climate controls, cruise control, steering mounted controls and a CD player. Options include hands free phones, wireless headphones, a DVD player, a navigation system and a sunroof. Some homes don't have that much stuff packed into them (or 87 cubic feet of cargo space). A beast outside, a palace within. Nice. Not many owners had reviews posted, but those few that did liked the 2007 Hummer H2 as a whole. Oddly enough, all of them complained about the gas mileage. It's a Hummer... It is too wide to drive down some streets apparently, though everyone was in love with the features. Overall, this is a wonderful massive SUV, if that�s what you're in the market for. If you want to save on gas money, though, I'd steer clear of this one.

Im looking for a Hummer H2. it looks nice. The price seems a little high. i have been looking at several hummers around my area. With little lower mileage 73, 879, price 21,779. I live in Oklahoma. Thats a long drive. it really has to be worth the drive for meJul 15, 2024

I just bought it and love the look. It’s definitely a head turner. It runs great so far. I’ve only had it 2 days, I bought it online. None of the photos had the internal plastic damages on it that it has. For example, the door panels are coming off. The driver window controls are wired down with some hard wire holding it in place. I did have a chance to inspect prior to purchasing. I’m just stating the fact this stuff wasn’t in the description online. Apr 15, 2023

The H2 is as multipurpose a vehicle as you’ll find. You can clean it up and drive it to a formal function or use it to get deep in the woods for a fishing/hunting expedition. I’m certainly interested in getting me one.Sep 28, 2020

lacking a little power, easily fixed with aftermarket producs. great build quality super long lasting durable parts, no problems with it at all. great unique appearance. same on gas as any other full sized suv, also easily increased with aftermarket products. fun factor 10/10 go anywhere do anything suv.Jan 18, 2012

This is my second Hummer and I would keep it forever..but my new job is alot of driving and the mileage doesn't make sense. Runs great on regular gas. Awesome to drive, quieter than you would believe for being so big. Sound system rocks too. Jun 29, 2011

What can I say!!! Its a Hummer, it makes me feel like a small boy again and brings back that sense of adventure every time I Drive it!
Driving it offroad means u command the terrain! Driving it through town means you're KING! It has power, performance, Safety for me, my wife and Three girls! Presence Gorgeous looks! Its a MAN's Machine! And being the only guy in a house of 3 beautiful girls I need a Man's machine to help me take care if them! And the Humvy does all that for me and more! :-)

Sure, it is huge and weighs double the average car, but the H2 is a great everyday car. It can
easily accomodate many people and everyone will be comfortable, it would be great on long
trips plus it is amazing in all weather conditions and can climb hills. Of course the average
owner will not take it on a 60degree grade or 40degree side slope but what is good is that it
can go through 24 inches of water at 5mph so when it floods you dont have to worry.Apr 11, 2008
