Cranks but no start
Checked the fuse was blown replaced fuse and still no start. Don't hear pump turning on also don't smell fuel in the exhaust after trying to start

Great car, just set aside $100 a month for maintenance, I love this car amd will buy another. However, the dealers sell at top plus book value, and when I went to trade my 06 for a 2012, I was offered $1500, for an o6, loaded with 110000 and all maintenance current. More than one buyer explained they have a surplus at auction and they pick them up on average of $1200, from 06 through 08. Most said they are not worth the hassles.Dec 16, 2020

The sound system is concert like. You hear things in songs you never heard before. The view from the vehicle is great with very small blind spots for a vehicle this large. It has plenty of power to move the vehicle and handles very well.Mar 30, 2015

Love the power, handling and comfort. I recommend this car to anyone that drives long distances. It is a large car and at times I would prefer a smaller car around town. The 360 hp power makes me want to race it through traffic however the size does not allow for it. May 22, 2014

This is the BMW flagship, luxury at its finest, great styling and a real statement of success. The long wheel base provides amazing back seat roominess and it feels like a limo back there! Heated and Cooled seats, moon roof, great comfort and not bad mileage for a big V-8.Jan 01, 2014

I bought the 750Li because I really wanted to have a flagship vehicle, the premium ride quality, the responsiveness, and the pleasure of driving a car that everyone wants to have. I chose the Li version because the extra length is something you don't know you want until you have it. Allows for everyone to be comfortable while traveling and the extra space makes it easy to transport things without placing them on the seats. I love this car. The benefits of buying a flagship vehicle are that the quality and technology are way ahead of the pack; you will notice other makes and models years later barely have the feature present in these cars. Oh and by the way, 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds! Put it into tiptronic manual and this car smokes 95% of the cars you will drive past.Nov 22, 2013

Bigger is Better! We love the 7 Series, but our 2006 750Li has a much more roomy feeling on the inside, Compared to our 2010 750Lix, ride comfort and seats are probably more comfortable also, verses the firmness and stiffer suspension of the newer of the two.May 31, 2013

This is the ultimate in Luxury ! This car can do it all, groceries, kids, night out, fine dinning, enough room for friends and family, more luxury than any one person deserves. The voice command features alone are amazing! The I drive is awesome although it takes a little while to master, but once you have mastered it you are on your way to liberation, and freedom that most will never experience. This car makes you feel like a million bucks.
The 2006-2008 750Li is an amazing car for the money. It is hard to get this much comfort, luxury, and style for this kind of money!Nov 27, 2012

This is truly the Ultimate Driving machine> If only on trips you do not fall asleep! I have taken much time to understand the endless seat settings for back,neck,sides,and bottom!> It is like being pilot of plane instead of car. I like all the I-Drive voice features(that I can master). It is like tank in quality>fast smooth acceleration/great breaking without whimmer'>I have not had to spend much additional during my ownership it had the 100K maintenance plan with it!>Everywhere you go it gets that extra nod!> I enjoy it with the top open and enjoying the open roads.Lastly it is as quite as church mouse" as far as rattles etc. that most other makes have problems with>But in the end I only wish it got better in town mileage(12-15)> Highways are very fair at nearly 25mpg(Actual 24.5)Best>Feb 26, 2011

Well, after waiting and searching for more than a year, and after the nice
525dA e60, i found the right car, a 2006 BMW 730D. Of course, the 3 liter
diesel is one of the best engines in the world, it works very smooth, great
accelaration for a car that weights more than 2 tonns, and it has a great mpg
reading. The looks are great, the interior is very comfy, everything is where
you needed it. You'd think because it's big it would be clumsy on a mountain
road, but thanks to the electronic damfer control and dynamic drive, the car is

She is a perfect blend of luxury and performance. She is classy and sporty but leaning more to the classy side. Her pickup of the line is outstanding and the top end is just as outstanding as right off the line. The seats are the most comfy seats i have ever sat in inside a car.Nov 10, 2009

I love this car but with gas prices on the rise, it seems
a bit much, however, I wouldn't trade it in right now.
Pricey to buy, pricey to maintain. It isn't a fun car to
drive, but does handle extremely well for its size. Just
great on the highway and comfortable for those in the

I've experienced a problem with my BMW 750li of white smoke coming out the tail pipe during start up or idle. I've had it looked at and quoted $6500 for valve stem job among other repairs needed. Is it an alternative to this repair which appears pretty extreme.
