P0342 gmc savana
Just recently replaced camshaft sensor , put new battery and also replaced new starter. Check all the wiring looks fine, but the check engine lights keeps coming back. Needs help.

The biggest change in GMC's passenger van came with the introduction of standard stability control in 12 seat trims. Besides the 12 seat trim, the Savana can also seat 8 or 15 depending on what you buy. All told, the 2005 Savana comes in 5 trims: the G1500, G1500 AWD, G2500, G3500, and G3500 Extended.
As for powertrains, the 2005 GMC Savana gives you four choices: the 4.3 L, 195 hp V6, 4.8 L, 285 hp V8, 5.3 L, 295 hp V8, and 6.0 L, 300 hp V8. You can generally count on this relatively attractive passenger van to get you 14 mpg in the city and 19 on the highway. Maximum towing capacity can range from 6100 to 9800 lbs., depending on the trim.
Overall, drivers like the powertrain choices and wide range of options for passenger capacity. However, the '05 Savana could also use a little refinement when it comes to handling and interior materials. Consider the GMC Savana a capable van built for mass transportation and not too much more.
