For a first real new car it wasn't bad. The performance is good, but it does have a few problems when you get up in miles. Overall it has been a good car

I love this car. Its special cuz my dad bought it for me, plus its my first car and has gotten me through a lot of crap. Its really fun to drive, and with maintenance the car has had zero problems. All the extra costs have been to to extenuating factors, not the car itself. It does great in snow provided the BACK tires are not initially involved.....such as backing into a snow drift.

It's a real monster when it gets moving. The acceleration blows most other GM cars out of the water. There is some detailing work that was done on the sides and back. The rims are stock Pontiac, but are just beautiful. Although it's not a manual this car is still amazingly fun to drive.

This is my very first car which I plan to keep for as long as possible, and "upgrade" it be more personal or mine. I use this car to get to school, work, and for just driving around. Great brand, and just overall a great vehicle.

I bought this car used, and it had been used quite a bit. It isn't the car's fault, but they sold it to me in not a very good condition. But everything that does work works well, and I love driving my car :]

I have had no problems with my car,although I have heard of one instance of the headgasket going at 100,000km

Great sporty car, with the 4 doors making it makes great for famliy and friends to ride in. Has lots of power with the 3.4l v6 and is still very good on gas. very good car overall even though pontiac is no longer

I bought this car when I was barely 21, I had literally one day to make a purchase and I bought the only car in my price range. I don't know anyone who sings the praises of Pontiac but this car has lasted quite a while with very few problems. I have driven it across a big chunk of the country four times so I feel as though I have bonded well with it although I cannot honestly say I would buy another one (I miss Hondas which are my true love). I have kept up with regular maintenance and eight years later it still runs well.

Decent car for the price; pretty basic..doesnt have all the extra that you wouldnt need or want to pay for. Basic maintenance costs but pretty easy to fix for the most part. Gas mileage with the V-6 was good. Pretty normal driving car..steering it a little stiff.

love this car wouldnt get ridof it if u paid me 10k, has the reliable 3.4 liter v-6, leather interior, air conditioning, has minor blemishes on body and small rust deposits in door jams clean interior and a 4spd automatic trans.

good engine and drivability wise, bad accessory wise. Replaced 3 window regulators, and air conditioning compressor is out. Looks Very nice on the outside, have gotten many complements. Has a very nice sound system inside of it. has good gas mileage and good power for a sedan.

Not much of a car guy but my Grand Am GT did work for me. Drove smooth and had pretty good handeling. The quad exhaust was legit. Over all pretty cool.

Loved this car when only needed 5 seats. Had to get SUV but loved this car. Power and style and drove for 10 years. Interior was good but bad layout of cup holders. Basically 1 good usable for driver. Steering wheel controls a must

i love the pontiac grand am,though mine was not a GT(sadly) *cries* it was fast,good on gas,stylish,handling was amazing for it being FWD. braking was something to be desired,with the cheap pads.but with performance air intake and brakes this thing whoops ass!

I love the way my car looks and performs but I wish it wasn't such a common car. I love the size and it gets pretty good gas mileage. All my friends like riding in it and it looks good because I always take good care of it.

It has a lot of work done to it. Needs to a bit faster but it handles nice. Interior is bubbly and is colored as the same as the exterior

i really enjoy this car a lot. no major problems so far. i had it now for 3 yrs and the only thing that is wrong is the passlock with the key and the relay light blinking sometimes. the looks and this car a very nice both on the outside and on the inside. i would recmemmed this car to anyone
