Mercury mountaineer wont start
Ive replaced the throttle position sensor, fuel relay fuse, and the crankshaft position sensor. It will crank but not start. What else could it be?

This is a great looking suv. Very impressive. Drives extremely well and is great on the snow. Seats up to 8 people. Great for big families or for hauling anything. Front seats offer a lot of luxuries. From the heated seats to the dual climate controls. Great sounding stereo.May 26, 2015

great suv its taken my family to Florida and back to DC 15 times. very reliable and
decent on fuel. insurance is cheap and maintenance is done by me and my dad. I

Overall I would give the Mountaineer a grade of B. It is an excellent daily driver. I get around 16-17 mpg city maybe a little better, I dont really care. The AWD and heated seats are awesome in the winter. It seats 5 people comfortably and has a large trunk area. Dec 23, 2009

Why does my engine make a rattle sound, sometimes. Makes noise while in park and when i come to a stop. Sometimes its fine and then other days it makes noise.
Rattling sound while in park or when i come to a stop. Doesn't always happen, but is getting worse. Car runs great even when it makes this noise.
