I broke the axle in my tahoe and I'm looking for a used rear end a I can find the code on my rear diff i have look ever on the rear end and I tried to look it up by vin and can't find nothing

Just wanted more modern vehicle with built in Nav, Bluetooth, DVD, etc. This Tahoe did an outstanding job for me through the years and i never worried about it performing. Very quick for the size and nimble handling. Much more nimble than the newer Tahoe i drive with 20" tires.Oct 29, 2014

This is an overall great vehicle. I have had 3 chevrolet suv's, the last 2 had over 250,000 miles on them before I sold them. Very dependable. As far as maintenance, I also found that the GM vehicles were less expensive to work on. Oct 17, 2014

dependable, low maintenance cost, good looks, not very good gas mileage, third row seat good but we never use it, towing power for hauling boat is great, leather trim was vey acceptable, standard radio was not the greatest but I changed itSep 05, 2014

I've owned this truck since 2002 when I bought it brand new. I've loved this truck for day 1. It's a solid truck with good power and styling. I still receive compliments on this truck even after 11 years and newer body styles out now.Oct 07, 2013

the car looks nice has stripes but they scratched and the engine is moded and so are the rims. the front seats have movible electronic things that mod the seats proformence the car is ok to drive but i dont drive it my parents doJun 07, 2012

Overall a great truck, was bought used and
shows signs of it. Performance wise, a little
sluggish off the line but really not bad. It is
a 4.8 so I am not really surprised. It needed a
fuel pump about a 1000 miles ago but hasn't had
a problem since. Appearance will get better
with time, I just don't have all the money I
want to put into it. Gas mileage is around 17
city and 20 highway, and the Hoe is a blast to

This is actually my dads truck, i think it is realy well built and it has never had any proplems. it is realy fun to drive, you fell like a king. little bad ang gas. comfortable seats and the layout of the interior is very well made and designed. the vortec v8 has lots of power to pul the quad and the boat and the work trailer.Dec 11, 2008

I love this truck! The Z71 off road package makes this the most solid ride I have ever owned and it'll go just about anywhere. 110K miles and all I've had to do (other than routine maintainence) is replace the power steering pump. There is a ton of room for the family and it can tow just about anything. The roof rack has a rolling bar at the rear and will can hold about 500 lbs. Sep 24, 2008

The leather seats are great in the winter, you can turn on the seat warmer in your butt and back, but in the summer, ouch...till the ac gets going! Would be nice if it got better mileage, its been killing me...we are going to have to sell a kid to afford the gas.Aug 27, 2008

spacious and comfortable. it is a good vehicle to have as a first car. fun to work on, and fun to have if you have a couple good friends. the vehicle's power is about 275 horses from a 5.3l V8 Vortec Engine. i know the vehicle is capable of hauling a 20ft boat behind it. the only problem i have with it is that it breaths gas. not the best first vehicle if you have a budget as a new driverJun 09, 2008

after 140000 miles on the tahoe and 8 years of pulling a 2500lb boat through the various colorado passes i.e. rabbit ears, eisenhower, vail... etc, the only thing that I have replaced is the water pump. I love it. only recently have I been debating installing a shift kit for the tranny?? thinking i'll wait until that unfriendly day when it will inevitably go out.Jun 28, 2007
