Cadillac DeVille overheat
My DTS overheats while I'm driving but not when in park and idle. Replaced thermostat, upper radiator hose, and coolant reservoir and cap.. Only thing left is water pump but I have no leaks???

Love my Caddy. Been driving caddies for years and would not give it up for any toher car. The only bad thing is the gas mileage but that is to be expected with a large car with a v8 engine,Jul 15, 2014

I searched long and hard for this specific exterior and interior color and mileage and found it with 20,000 miles . Besides standard oil changes etc I could not ask for anything more . This car lives up to and uphold the Cadillac reputationJun 22, 2014

Has a bit of big "boatiness" to it, good accelaeration. Sometimes feels a little funny on sharp turns at higher speeds. Some of it may be me getting used to a bigger car. Hasn't been in the shop much yet but the dash warnings have been lighting up.Feb 07, 2014

I just purchased this car. I was searching for a Caddy for two months through CarGurus and found this great deal. The dealer, McGeorge Toyota and the salesman treated me great. The buying experience was a good one. It's a little to early to talk about maintenance and reliability, but I'm not foreseeing any problems.Oct 25, 2013

It is a great car with plenty of pull in the higher rpms. Great ride and girls love it.
The bass sets off car alarms and shakes my windows as well as attract way too
much attention. Its a blast to drive when you make it fun but easy to control when

The car looks good, especially with the presence of the LED taillights. The suspension is garbage, and will bottom out regularly. Even though the car is very long, the driver's seat still doesn't leave enough room for my 6'4" self. The on-the-column shift is odd in a luxury car, base or not. The driver's side seat warmer only heats in one spot, and roasts the left kidney. The reverse park assist does seem to be quality, however. Inside, the plastic wood trim is a bit cheap for the original selling price, but the seats are wonderfully comfortable. Mechanically, after two years of ownership, it's had no problems whatsoever. The 4.6L engine provides plenty of power, and poor gas mileage as well. The worst part is the of the car however is the poor residual price. You'll also likely end up being looked at while stopped at a light by someone in the same car, with 22 inch spinners. Jan 02, 2009

It is a great car. 300hp gets you from A to B quickly, all while looking great with lots of chrome, wood grain and all the other luxuries you'd expect from Cadillac! They are really great cars! I Love it!!Dec 31, 2008

Acceleration, braking, and handling are the best i could ask
for for this type of car. build quality is amazing. takes
along time for somehting like the breaks all the way to the
pain on the interior. appearance could be better but is fine

Hello am having a problem just blowing cold air when the heat is on. Replaced thomastat, blender motors, flushed system.My head gasket is not good. , but am using this bars leak head gasket sealer& & you need the heat on high so this bars leak head gasket will seal. The mechanic put in the sealer. I think it's working because I drove on route 17 doing fifty mph, for a half an hour,,but no heat. Thank you. Robert Butler

2002 Cadillac Deville Car has power but will not crank. I replaced the Starter relay and still wont start. I ordered the starter and am going to replace, but I'm wondering what other diagnose steps to take before I proceed replacing the starter. I do hear a clicking sound when I try to start it?
