Other than a few minor upgrades to the list of standard features, the 2001 Mazda MPV minivan was essentially unchanged from the previous year. Power for the front-wheel-drive vehicle was provided by a 2.5-liter V6 engine that produced 170 horsepower. A four-speed automatic was the only transmission available. Van keeps overheating I've replaced the thermostat, the water pump, and the whole coolant overflow tank. I don't seem to have any leaks and I ran a blue devil treatment in it but when my mechanic did it he flushed the radiator but not the motor. Also my heat isn't working now and I just replaced the thermostat with a fail safe thermostat. I don't know what to do I've sunk so much into the van. Please help thank you so much
My shifter light has stopped working,is it a bulb that is replaceable or is it fibre optic? Is it connected to something else?
Trying to see where my oil pump is located on my mazda mpv i dont see any videos on it
I have an 01 mazda mpv. Everything but the egr, cats, and o2 sensors are new. All vacuum, emission and evap lines are hooked up and in good condition or new. Entire cooling system is two years old. When accelerating or driving; I have no power after 3400 rpm but the engine will tach out if I let it. The engine temp will also increase outside the normal range (to about 2/3 the gauge) if I'm not on a level or down hill slope. The can also is incredibly slow to accelerate from a roll or a stop. Any ideas on where my problem is?
