can't get panel off to remoove radio

Took 2 screws out from top of dash panel loosened clips somthing still holding panel?

Car running real rough

My family bought this car through a family friend and I have found many wires that look like they don't belong. 3-4 black wires under steering column are cut and 3 other wires are spliced in where the others were cut and anchored to a bolt on the cars frame under the steering column. Then there is 2 wires white& black twisted together that goes to 1 black wire that goes to my cars ignition but it is not plugged into anything. After finding these wires I go to try to start car this morning and now it is running like crap and real rough. I drive not even a mile down the road and it doesn't want to stay running then it starts smoking under the hood where the a/c compressor is. Yesterday tho it was running okay. Did the guy helping me look at wires could he have unplugged something that made this happen? Help please! Thanks...

Transmission problems

Having transmission problems in my 99 kia sophia. It shifts funny and at 42 mph it shifts right to overdrive and has no power and sometimes it doesn't go into drive first thing in the morning. The transmission was rebuilt 7,000 miles ago. The fluid is perfect.

99 kia sephia hard too start sometimes in the morning or sometimes when is warm

has had a tune up , replace fuel pump , replace coolant temp. sensor , had the injectors cleaned , new battery , rebuilt alternator , rebuilt starter , new timing belt ,. at times stars right away cold or warm , at times it cranks and cranks but wont start , you have to turn the key back and start again . The scanner won't give a bad code . I need help.
