Car comes with a timing chain as opposed to a belt which is one of the reasons i bought the car to begin with. I've had no problems with this car really at all aside from some electrical stuff that was minor and didn't effect the performance of the car. I'd definately buy another one.Jul 25, 2013

Bought this car off-lease and it has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Currently has over 150,000 miles and a new alternator and new CV axles are the only non-maintenance work required.Jul 12, 2008

I got it for a good price and it was a pretty nice car. The inside was more exciting than the outside. It has a 190hp 3.0L V-6 that makes 21/28 mpg.
It has a sunroof and a roomy backseat, alloy wheels, auto headlights, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a pretty big trunk. Overall, I liked it.Mar 28, 2008

Temperature gauge going up and down
I recently bought a 99 infiniti i30 and it runs good but for some reason the temperature gauge keeps going up and down even 2 minutes up the road when I leave in the morning it does it. It's not overheating though it just jumps we checked the radiator and all the fluids, checked the thermostat and housing, cleaned the sensor line even replaced the radiator cap but it keeps doing it. Any ideas?

Car trouble’s
The car only turn over to half to 3/4 before it locks up had problems with the Kranks sensors replaced him replace the starter it was broken I had a piece fell off about 2 to 3 inches got it out. When I put the new starter in the car would start but whenever turn the key off the car would keep running I found out that the injectors were staying open.I fixed all that now the car won’t turn half to 3/4 and stop really hard could it be the timing is completely off
