1999 Concorde LXi Engine Fuse Block

A neighbor's car has an intermittent starting issue. At times there is nothing when the key turns. If you leave the key turned and "massage" the wires under the engine compartment fuse block, especially up by the large connector at the engine end of the block, you can hear the fuel pump suddenly kick in and the car will start. I'm having a hard time finding a photo diagram with labels so I know what I'm talking about, and finding a new fuse block to purchase. If anyone can help with this, I'd appreciate it.

Is it a fair price?

I was quoted $1200.00 to replace the brake booster, master cylinder and all 4 calipers with a possible additional $400 depending on my brake lines. Is this a fair price?

Pricing at Pepboys

Took car to Pepboys to get A/C fixed. It would blow air, but not cool. They replaced belts, saying one was worn. It did cool for a couple of days. Then I started smelling a burned, rubber smell coming threw the vents when i would turn on A/C, and would not cool as before. The smell stopped, but then a screeching would start. Took car back to Pepboys, and now they are telling me that one of the fans is not working properly and that is causing the screeching sound. They also replaced another belt. They gave me an estimate as to how much replacing the fans and with labor, and it would run in the $600. I think this is high. Am I wrong? Any suggesting?

I have a 99 concord and when,i go to start it sometimes it just gose click. Other times it will go reeer and stop. Then sometimes it will start right up.

Okay we have a 99 chrysler concorde and it's over heats and leaks water and the antifreeze we change the radiator and thermostat just had an oil change everyone keeps saying its a bad head gasket and the motor gone but no water in the oil and and no white smoke i say its the water pump and the timing belt can someone help me please and thank you
