What owners say
"Overall, drivers find the 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue to be a reliable and fun car that handles well. Many appreciated its strong motor and comfortable interior, making it ideal for everyday use. However, some drivers mentioned the need for improved acceleration and exterior aesthetics, indicating that while the car performs admirably, it could benefit from a bit of a facelift."
This car is perfect for those who are starting to drive. It has a nice, comfortable interior with all the necessities a car needs. It doesn't look great on the exterior. This is not a car that will turn heads. It has impressive handling that may surprise new drivers. An ABS system and traction control cause this car's safety to be top notch. Not to mention that it is very solid, limiting the potential damage that can be done to it. Overall, this is a good car. It has good gas mileage and will satisfy any driver looking for a car that gets the job done.
February 22, 2008It rides nice and handles quite well for such a large car. Hugs turns and doesn't ever seem to lose traction. The one thing almost any car could have is more performance from the hood and this is what holds it back from the 5 star. The car looks nice and classy.
January 31, 2010I got the first gen of this car, it did a great job. Never had 1 problem with this car. NOTHING over 40+ k miles. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this vehicle.

January 15, 2008Very good car. Very reliable. Very fast but needs more umph went accelerating from 60 to 80mph. This is the nicest car i have ever owned. Very stong motor. Car is really fun to drive.
July 14, 2008This car had good acceleration, good braking and handling. It needed a new driver side door because it didn't open. After I took it on the mtn it needed a new radiator, cv joints, and some other stuff. The interior was pretty nice but the exterior needed some body work. Gas mileage was ok. I loved having this car because I could put it through hell and it would still run.
