Not a bad acceleration for a car like it. It handles really nicely and brakes are good. It needed a new battery and alternator when I got it but thats cause it was running on the original. Some people call it a beige color, I think it looks more gold. Not bright yellowish gold, but like the kind of gold crayola has on their pencil crayons. It's really good on gas, takes less than $50 to fill and goes for about 300 km city driving. Its a good car to have when you need a four door for your lazy friends. Jun 23, 2010

love it! runs well even though its old! it does not have the "coolest" look but it runs well. it has held up for me. The paint peels a lot, i had to get it repainted. Overall great, reliable car.Oct 14, 2009

thought it looked nice and was a good deal, but within 48 hours it had to brought back to the dealer for repairs, under warranty thankfully. drove the hell out of it until it just couldn't go anymore....died before 190,000 miles with over 3,000 dollars worth of work needed to get it back on the roadAug 24, 2009

My car has over 235,500 miles on it and still runs like a champ, it has needed very few minor repairs, most just preventive maintenance. It is also a lot of fun to drive for a 4 cylinder. Over all, a very nice car. Jan 30, 2009

I love my car cause it warms up real fast in the winter and in the summer when the a/c is on it kicks on real fast and it gets real cool, its really cheap on gas and its easy to park. What i hate about it that im always finding things to fix on it.Oct 20, 2008

Car is junk as are all ford mid-size sedans of the era. Car is solid and will last a while and is a great car for your first car. Can be had cheap but parts are exspensive, Cheap on gas ( $40 to fill the tank in Newfoundland). I love this car.Oct 15, 2008

The Mystique, or "Mistake", has always been a problematic car. Most owners complain about frequent repairs after only 3 years. However, the rest have nothing but praise for their cars. The car was discontinued in '99 which means if you see a Mystique on the road, it's not one of those "Mistakes".Aug 20, 2008

Moteur v6 2.5 litre 24 valve, bonne tenu de route. Une auto discontinuer parcontre, remplacer par la Contour. Puis c'est pas cher, la bemole c'est la quantiter de carburant que ce moteur la brule. C'est pas un probleme en soit, c'est normal pour un moteur v6. bla bla bla bla blaJul 26, 2008
