Can't get Triton to run on petrol
I have a Mitsubishi Triton 2.4L 1997 model.It was partly dismantled when I bought it, but I rebuilt the engine and got it running on gas.I have tried to start it on petrol but I can't get it to fire. The fuel pump doesn't seem to be working, although I have taken it out and checked it and it does work outside the vehicle. There seems to be no power applied from the wiring to the fuel pump.When applying external power to the pump I still can't get the engine to fire on petrol.Any ideas what I could try next??
