It's a simple sedan that gets me from point A to point B. Not bad on gas milage. Handles well, and grip the road on corners very well. Cheap and fun to drive. Primarily used for work where I have to drive a lot. I drive agresivly and mercesly, and the G20 takes it very well with no problems.Dec 18, 2010

acceleration is decent for 4 cylinder. braking is eccellent,handling very good
its fun to drive has good mpg, everything works,needs new wheels and tires,no squeaks or rattles takes bumps pretty good, and coca cola is good for youAug 27, 2010

Not a fast car one bit, used to call it a momentum car. It handled really good, after i put the coilovers on it and the bigger wheels with Z rated rubber.
Miss this car as it had a sad demise to it, T-bones on the passenger side all my fault.Oct 13, 2009

it was a great 1st car......it was iight on gas.......it jus needed tints n it wuda been gud, i got it at a low price, i only had 2 change da brake pads n i shuda changed da springs on it n i prolly still wuda had da car but life goes on.....it was great when i had it Jul 13, 2009

This car is pretty nice. I would trade it because it is too old. The transmission sucks but I still like it. It is a nice car to own. If you like a luxurios and a racing car this is a car for you.May 21, 2009

This was truly a beautiful car. It was top notch quality with the most gorgeous pearl white paint you'd ever see. It was fun to drive and I never once had a problem with it. I made the mistake of trading it in for something I liked a lot less.Dec 22, 2008

from what i've read the sr20de 2.0 motors in these cars are very reliable, so that's a definite plus. the interior is comfortable and i like the dash layout. sunroof is plenty big. the autotragic transmission is slower than a manual, but it comes with a switch to change the gearing to 3 settings: performance, normal, and comfort. there is a huge difference in the cars performance between the 3, so that's a cool feature. so far i like it but i haven't dumped any money into it either. the first few repairs may affect my decision. I found this car equal to or better many new cars despite its old age. Agile handling, mostly solid fit and finish...an all around good compaion. It was a rather un-American car and I respected it for that. Its only real problem was costly and premature failure of secondary parts (alternator, water pump, cd player, etc.). 1996 Infiniti G20 ABS light coming on (car stalling)...Why?
I have a 1996 Infiniti G20 (manual trans). The ABS light has been coming on when I start it up, killing the radio...ABS light goes out and radio back on when coasting...only to light up (radio out again) when I accelerate. This has only happened on cold mornings and stopped when the car has warmed up. Now the ABS light is coming on when I use the power windows, Heat, Radio (whether it's warmed up or not) preceded by the car stalling or trying to stall. Can I just pull the ABS relay, or is my car possessed by demons? Thank you!
