Holy Crap!! Its MY car !! Back before it got a fresh coat of paint. Its been a fantastic car. I only drive it during the summer. Fun car with the AWD it feels really planted to the ground. Ive owned it since June 2010. I cant believe how the value jumped up on these cars. If you can find a good one for sale grab it. You wont be sorry. May 16, 2023

Until about two weeks ago I owned a 1992 dodge stealth RT TwinTurbo in very good shape with 127,000 miles. I was rear ended and the car was totaled. The amount the insurance company was willing to pay was not enough to cover another twin turbo of the same or similar year. This 95 RT stealth was like finding a diamond in the rough. I could not believe it only had 18,500 miles on it and the interior looked as if it had hardly been driven. What a find! My son help me drive it home from about 300 miles away and he said it drove way better than his Infiniti. The only thing that was missing was the all-wheel-drive and of course the TwinTurbo‘s of my other car. Regardless the car looks like it came off the showroom floor!Jan 08, 2022

Love it, great ride. Would be interested in selling for the right price. I have been storing it for years and need garage space. Performes like a new car, mechanically sound but needs a seal in the air conditioner. Looks brand new, hunter green metalic...beautiful car!May 29, 2011

I liked the car! The car would do about 5 flat 0-60 so that was nice with little tire spin cause of the awd. I think the engine has lots of weaknesses in it including the timing chain. i liked the 6 speed manual helped a lot with the gas mileage.Oct 08, 2009

I loved it when I first got it, but now I have my heart set on something else. Just replaced clutch March 09. In process of repairing heads...tension bolt broke off in block :( Interior is in good condition, all black leather. Exterior is great condition. Stock projector headlights. "Stealthy" stock exhaust. Nothing aftermarket done. Gas mileage could be better, but what do you expect for a V6 with a 20gal tank! Bought this car for a great cost in a time of need for a daily driver. Love this car in all weather conditions except for ice of coarse. Great car for anyone that likes a wide, heavy ride. Aug 29, 2009

Reports of them being overweight are grossly overstated. Afterall, a cheetah weighs more than a house cat. It's a fun, fast car, and always turns heads. A bit pricey maintenance-wise, but if you keep up on it, you won't have too many issues that other cars don't have.Aug 10, 2009

Fun to drive but all wheel drive makes it a bit less exciting. Cranking up the boost helps but a car this size needs 450+ HP to really feel sporty. After some modifications I was close to 400HP but as I mentioned, something in the 500HP range would be ideal. All wheel steering was nice, it seemed to work better on this car (feel better anyway) than on my Z. Very nice interior with great big comfy seats, tall 6th gear for great highway cruising.Jul 20, 2009

What i ove about this car is it is easy to drive. it shifts smoothly. i rarely have had a problems with it. Just some typical maintenence stuff anyone would have to deal with with a car that is 13 years old. I love what I have done to it.Oct 21, 2008

I bought this car a couple of years ago and since the day it arrived its been the greatest car I have ever owned. Performance is amazing and has tons of aftermarket potential. Believe it or not there are tons of people out there that cherish the 3S cars as much as I do. Ownership is a bit expensive but it is worth every penny. Interior and exterior styling on the 95's are impeccable and the color choices are wild. Wouldn't trade this car for anything in the world.Sep 23, 2008

I love driving my car, without much traffic. I dislike the lack of knowledge and parts available from Mitsubishi and especially Doge. The car is about 13 years old so there are problems, but not much. Gas isn't cheap, but youre talking an extra 250-300 bucks a year, so it's doable. Insurance is actually cheaper than my old Corolla, but you have to buy extra if you can't afford to replace the car. The knowledge base outside of stealth/3000gt enthusiast stinks. I am not sure Mitsubishi even supplies the proper manuals to its dealers anymore. I was only able to find an original copy (it is out of print I suppose) 4th hand from some book collector out of Tennessee. AND IT IS USED, let me tell you. The good thing is that they are solid cars, put the right parts in (i.e. don't use a 4WD master cylinder to fix the clutch on a FWD car) And NEVER take the mechanics word for it. (had one tell me the clutch was in backwards, now... think about that!... NO) This kind of nonsense is what you get when computers replace traditional mechanic work.Sep 01, 2008

Got it from a mechanic who kept it in excellent condition. The guy even had modified the engine a bit with a newer super charger. Used to be red but he had it painted orange... that's going to change someday.Mar 12, 2008

I just inherited a 95 Dodge Stealth four speed. Most of the time it starts, but every once in a while, when the key is turned it does not start. I hear a click. Nothing. Do this four times, sometimes less, and it starts. I had battery, starter and Distributor cap checked out at Advance. Any ideas what it could be? I am a girl so don't laugh. Is there a way to check out the ignition switch or anything else it could be? Thanks in advance.....
