I've loved this car and have taken good care of it. It was used and abused previously but I do my best to keep it looking good and running the same. Too bad cars rust out like they do. I'll always have my 1st picture though.Dec 08, 2013

my brother gave me this thing. Has good power and average handling. can get squirrel -ly when the roads wet with avg tires on. good in snow! Not much else to say, adequate transportation for me @ 3000 miles a year.Jul 15, 2013

even given the gas hog title, a fairly comfortable long trip and plenty of power and handling to handle the 1200 foot ascent to the mountains where i call home. definitely a contender if you are running late, it'll move some miles!Feb 11, 2013

my crown vic the big body style is sexy its a comfortable inside and the air ride is great and handles the road.acceleration is good.could be better.but its a heavy as hell.its a 4.6L v8 over the years the paint had faded and the rust attacked under the door molding.and fenders and quater panels.and of course sum wear and tear parts had been replaced.ive never had any serious problems it starts in the dead of winter.and mean buried under the snow in my drive way. i love my car so much.that i had restored the body back to new,have stright pipes and a new two tone pearl color with flakes,rims.now its in my garage stored for the next car seasonSep 05, 2010

This car was fast and handling was great.I could beat most older v8s.Car needed brakes and only put me on the side of the road once so pretty realable car.The appeaance of the car looked as if it were a undercover cop car and looked great and exterior was warn but in pretty good shape.Gas was alright and at about 21-22 mpg and very cheap on insurance.All in all and fun fast car to driveAug 05, 2010

well mine was a chief cop car wasn't bad on gas but put your foot down and your going for a ride. 2nd gear let out at 80mph. handled great never spun out and it had a nice back seat lol.Jan 02, 2010

It may look old but it rides smoother than most of those modern econo box junk things. I am also amazed by how well it does considering the abuse i give it. Its final selling point, rear wheel drive, try it some time, you wont go back. Oct 05, 2009

Handles well and has very nice acceleration. But what else would you expect from a cop car? It is how ever a gas guzzler but it holds up very very well in car accidents. I have a lot of fun driving my car and it has headlights that automatically turn on at dark and turn off when i turn the car off so i don't ever drain the battery.Feb 04, 2009

Overall the Crown Vic is a great reliable car. Drove it in the winter with absolutly no issues with traction. The traction control is amazing in these cars. Handling is better than a lot of even little cars which is a plus. It makes a great family car but also great for anybody to drive as it has a lot of room and cargo space. The interior of this car is comfortable as well as nice as it is upgraded. To top it off the 4.6L 3V that it has gives it enough power to go but also enough torque to do the jobs you need to. Also from personal experience this car makes a good drift car as the rear wheel drive will kick out as long as you know how to over-ride the all time traction control.Aug 27, 2008

I had an ex-cop version which was fairly beat, then I beat the hell out of it for a few years. Last time I checked, it was still running with nothing more than regular maintainance and a bit of extra oil.May 09, 2008
