I have a '92 Cadillac Seville sts 4 door. And am having issues with the ac. It will turn on for about 2 minutes then turn off some times it will come back on some times it won't.. Do you think it's a sensor or low freeon??

Got a 92 Seville just bought recently took it up to Cadillac to inspect the brakes and they want $1100 for pads and rotors all the way around. That seems extremely high to me am I wrong or are they crazy?
