the astra i've got is a gte it was a 2.0 8v until i changed the engine to a 2.0 16v, the performance is good being one of the quickest hot hatchs of it's kind, it done the nurburgring in 12 minutes ! the fun factor of this car is fantastic!!!!!!!Sep 03, 2008

it was nice and comfey to drive but did drink a lot of fuel at times nice to handle power steaing it cost me £150 of a freind it was fun to drive it had good interior as well as exterior that is all i have got to say to youAug 20, 2008

love the way she handles even on slicks, lol, notthe greatest to look at though, she is quick of the mark not great attop end but will hold her own, very cheap to run i only use it on short runs but when i do long runs its very goodJun 29, 2008

1991 Astrs GTE 16v. 156bhp. 15.6@88 1/4 mile.
Owned as a stand in car, turned out to be so much fun! Handeling was good sorted by a set og Gmax springs/shocks. Went quick enough for a £700 car! However random electrical things stopped working...Mar 14, 2008

The cars acceleration is amazing, the car as a whole is a flying rocket. however she doesnt
handle the best she could, i will sort it though. shes got uprated brakes to green stuff which
when warm stop her very well. The car is one of the best cars ive ever driven even mum likes

It was my first car so am not going to knock it too bad. But it was big and bulky and I grew to hate it. Didn't feel comfortable in it for some reason although the car itself was ok.Jan 09, 2008
