1994 Vauxhall Astra 1.8 16v Sport. Finished in gorgeous Pineapple Yellow! Pulls like a train yet is excellent on fuel. The build quality is surprisingly good for a mass produced car and unlike many other Astras of this age, it has no rot. It's cheap to run and insure and being pretty swift, it's great fun to drive!

Bought this car for £500 with 116k on the clock, since having it i upsized the wheels to 15", put rear lexus lights on, changed the front indicators and side repeaters to clear, and have put an induction kit on. The engine is only a little 1.4 litre, but has done me well, with now 135k on the clock i had the head gasket and timing belt changed (just incase). I enjoy driving my car and if i was to get another car i would have to keep this one too

well where to start, was a 1994 Astra mk3 1.4 multi point injection 16v GSI in carmine red, very nice car for its age, was very good on fuel did about 40mpg around town and between 30mpg to 46 on a run depending on how much i pushed it. 0-60 i would say around the 9 secs. top speed i have almost had 130mph on it check my bebo for speed video.its in my vids somewhere. http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=9050539
