I hate pretty much everything about this car I mean I got it got 500$ I mean there isn't really much to expect out of it. The only thing I really like is it costs about 40$ to fill at 3.99$ a gallon and it lasts about a week in a half because I do so much driving in town. I can get about 215 miles per tank.Jul 23, 2013

Got this car for $200. Use it to run circles around SUVs when it snows. Not as refined as newer Subes, but I do appreciate this last incarnation of "old school Subaru", you know, where the spare tire is where it's supposed to be, under the hood! 5 Speed, push button 4 wheel drive (yes, it has a locking center differential, and yes it eats up snow covered hills like candy), ice cold air conditioning for summer. Oh, it's also got power windows, but needs cupholders.Jan 26, 2013

This is the best car that my family has owned and couldn't ask for anything better (except a sunroof) Love to work o this car and all cars. But for the price of the car and parts, this car beats most of my clients cars in a race.Jan 03, 2012

I love this car because it gets many looks and it is definitely been modified well beyond stock. This car wins races in and out of it's class on the regular. I love racing Porches and soon a motor swap will allow me to beat them in stead of just intimidate them...Dec 02, 2011

Though I technically didn't buy the vehicle, it was a hand-me-down from my parents. I learned to drive in the Subaru, and continued to use it through the winter of my senior year of high school. Lots of yard turfing and driving to Eat n' Park with this vehicle. Apr 07, 2008

is there a secret to timing a 1991 subaru loyale?
I had to change the oil pump seal. now even following the book to the letter I cannto get my 1.8L engine to start. I have spark to each cylinder. Is there a secret? I do not have the fan belts on, because it makes it easier to change the timeing belts. Do I need to completely assemble the engine to make it start?

What is the best way to remove/replace a fuel injector on a 1991 Subaru loyale
The car stopped fairly ubruptly. I have found that the fuel injector in my Subaru is plugged or not working, there is almost no gas going into the engine. I can get it to fire but it just dies. What is the best way to remove the injector (I was having trouble doing it) and what are some ways I can clean or troubleshoot the injector?
