I got a 1991 Oldsmobille 98 regency elite with the 3.8l w/no supercharger. My question is this. It randomly doesn't start but we checked the wires with a wirelight tester and I have power to the starter solenoid at all times even when the key is off. Is that the way it is supposed to be or is something fucked up? Any advice on this would be great, thanks!
Hello I have a 1991 oldsmobile 98 with the 3.8 v6 series 1 ? ...motor is toast . i purchased a motor that came out of a 98 grand prix 3.8 supercharged v6 I belive its series 3 Will this new motor mount to the trans from the olds ? What other issues should I look forward to Thanks in advance !!!
I replaced the homonic balancer on my car and replaced the spark plugs and wires. The car now is jerking and cutting off going down the road. I asking what could this be.
I have a 1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite. The radio somewhat works, but it just comes through as static. Its missing a few fuses, but its still got power. Could someone give me a link to the fuse diagram or give me advice on what it could be? Thanks for any further knowledge. This is my first GM product so I don't know a lot about it.
