I put a new fuel pump in my Oldsmobile 98 but it will not start i changed the pump origanily because i thought it ws burnt up but stil wont get fuel ti fuel rail

I have owned since 1995, had 51k miles then, and 84k miles now. Still rides and handles better then many of today's cars. Touring Sedans were limited in production from 1987-1993, I do believe no more than 3000 a year, so just a small percentage of 98s made the grade.Dec 02, 2011

car will not start by turning the key in the ignition
The car will not start by turning the key in the ignition. The battery, starter and alternator is fine. I have a wire from the starter with a toggle switch on it and when I turn the ignition and hit the switch the caar starts, but if I just turn the key I get nothing not even a crank.

Tail lights come on, right rear brake light and turn signal don't? Turn signals don't work, but solid light comes on in instrument panel.. Bulbs on both sides were replaced. Any ideas? Thanks..
