Ive always loved S-10s. Had a 97 bought from my aunt, had over 150,000 miles on it I put another 100,000 miles on it in just 5 years but it still ran like new.Dec 09, 2021

spits oil like a sprinkler, k not that bad but if you seen the engine compartment...yea
4 wheel works mint.. fun in the winter
could use some tlc to get most power out of it

Good little run around just make sure to find one that runs. The 5 Speed tranny is always the best to go with. If you find one with a good body its worth fixing up. This one wasn't worth fixing up.Dec 08, 2010

Drives like a slow underpowered underdeveloped tank withno tracks on it. But Ive rebuilt it from the ground up with complete adjustable air-ride suspension. But it isnt the truck I want so it is for sale once finished for a fullsize Chevy.Jul 30, 2010

Took out two deer at 45mph and still drove home. Runnin 33in mud terrains with no lift. Lights don't work. Bumper MIA. Cab is sitting on the frame. Axles need to be locked up. But pops off with the first turn of the key.Aug 08, 2009

Lots of power will smoke the tires all day long
souded great with headers and gibson exhaust
Good milage with 5 spd if i took it easy best was 22 usual 18mpg
NEVER GOT STUCK!!!!! belive me i tried
never lost a race
Too much power rolled it 2 3/4 times

'91 Chevy S-10, 2.5 L L4 cyl, 5-speed trans, air shocks on rear... Performance in general is anything youd expect out of a 4 cyl pick up.. 25-27 mpg, easy to work on, most stock replacement parts are cheap so yor not gonna blow your whole check fixin it if something does breakJul 16, 2008

Just put a rebuilt engin in her last summer. New tires, fenders, box, and, doors. Needs a paint job and a little repair. Otherwise very trust worthy car. Built solid as hell. Mar 18, 2008

Hey guys I have 1990 s10 2.5 liter 5 speed and ever seen i bought it has had a high idle problem when time it have got worse ive changed all the sensors possible replace vacuum lines and nothing gets better. Any ideas
