1986 Jeep CJ7 value
Hello all. I have an opportunity to pick up a 1986 CJ7 for $1500. The Jeep is in great mechanical condition , runs well and passes inspection . It has some normal rot , but for the most part the body is sound . I'm concerned about the frame which has some definite rough spots , some holes and significant rust and also rot . I'm not sure if that's a good price considering and what the cost would be to repair . It's a 1986 Jeep renegade 6 cylinder . Thanks for any advice .

'86 cj7 258 missing cutting out loud back fire type noise just started doing this
Any suggestions as what to check first, would bad distributor cap or plug or plug wire make it have started doing this. It has been running okay till this happened monday when got off work.
